Hello, i have upload the files in the dirocty, an go to the Infusion Admin, i cant find not the Panel for Install in the list. Why?

Maybe cause this is not an infusion, the only thing you should have to do is create a new panel using "newsticker" attribute.

function add_to_head() is in output_handling_include.php you must have this file, it must be included in header.php :
