Code of Conduct amendment

	Today the Code of Conduct has been amended. As per Management Team decision, the following text has been added to paragraph 2.7: "There may be a maximum of four (4) links in your signature. The text in your signature may not contain more than four (4) colours." These changes are effective immediately. If your signature does not comply with the amendment, please edit your signature accordingly as soon as possible.

What's new in v7.01?

	What's actually new in the new version of PHP-Fusion, v7.01? What's in it for developers you might ask yourself? Let me start of by giving you two helpful links; Feature Comparison and Functions Changelog. If pretty much gives you the idea on what have changed since PHP-Fusion v7.00 was introduced and what new stuff you can make use of either your just a normal user, site admin or developer. But wait, there is more! Let me introduce to you "Infusions Include Functions" - some of the most wanted functions for your infusions and mods. This is my baby I started the development of these functions about a year ago. These a couple of nice functions which will make development of more advanced infusions faster and more secure. upload_image() and upload_file()are both complete upload functions, you just input the image or file and it comes out in the other end (on the server) safe and secure. Check them out for new possibilities for your infusions. Also introduced in PHP-Fusion v7.01 is a complete new infusions settings table which developers can make use for through the get_settings() and set_setting() functions to eliminate the need for table for each infusions just for a couple of settings. And last, but not least, a send_pm() function which also will send an email notification if the user has enabled such through the PM options. We hope to see many new infusions making use of the new functions and developers giving us feedback on these new improvements, and maybe there will be a competition on the best usage of the new infusions development functions when the new AddonDB gets online!

v7.01.00 iReleased! Yay!!

	The long awaited release of v7.01.00 is now out in the world. See Main news item for details. Follow the instructions carefully. We will now accept mods configured for the new version, just select the correct version number from the dropdown menu when submitting. Please Note; you must test all new submissions in a v7.01.00 environment if submitting under that version. If you need help converting a mod to work in v7.01 please use the existing Conversion Assistance forum. Good Luck! p.s. As of today, v6 is no longer supported. All v6 forums have been shut down to new posts and will remain open for reference only for an undetermined period.

Support Team Leader change

	Fangree_Craig is taking a break as Support Team leader and PHP-Fusion staff member. On behalf of the Management Team I'd like to thank him for all his work and dedication especially here on mods. As you can see he's still very much a part of the community supporting the forums, though in a private capacity. However, as he has removed all his mods and tutorials they are no longer available here, if you wish to get a copy you can contact him through his own site. In the meantime, I'll take over as Support Team Leader most likely until the main sites merge. If anyone is interested in joining the support staff, send me a pm.
